Academy Management

On 1st August 2012, The Bishop Wand Church of England School converted to an Academy Trust Company and in doing so became a charitable company limited by guarantee. The School is Registered with Companies House in England and Wales, reference 8144566.

As a result of this change of legal status the School is required to make publicly available a number of documents that relate to incorporation and also the annual financial statements which are submitted to Companies House and to the Education Funding Agency.
